We manage various types of property: residential, commercial, industrial, and property for special purposes. We are responsible for the following:

  • Screening potential tenants
  • Drafting, signing, and renewing leases on behalf of property owners
  • Collecting rent
  • Maintenance of properties, including landscaping
  • Arranging for necessary repairs to properties
  • Setting up and adhering to budgets for property maintenance
  • Handling taxes
  • Marketing properties
  • Supervising other employees

We are not open to managing every available property; there are certain standards that the properties must meet. Before accepting any property, the following steps are followed:

  1. The property owner submits a request for the service and contact details.
  2. We call the property owner at the next available opportunity and schedule a meeting at the property. The meeting is meant to assess the property to determine if it meets our set criteria.
  3. After the meeting at the property, we schedule another meeting in our office where we discuss terms of the management contract.
  4. Upon agreeing on the terms of the management contract, we go ahead and sign the contract and proceed to execute it.
